AGS Termotel
AGS Termotel is an end-user designed solution, who contract the temperature-controlled freight transport services provided by our customers. AGS Termotel allows real-time visualization and in a simple way, either in graphical mode or through reports, both the recorded temperatures coming from the vehicle, during the service delivery and the certification and validity data associated with the Conecta+ iTS Compact digital thermographs installed in the vehicle.
AGSTermotel is an AGS developed application intending to offer a value-added service to users of AGSConecta Premium and/or AGSConecta Pro applications, and who have vehicle fleets equipped with the Conecta+ iTS Compact digital thermograph, in any of its available finishing modalities.
Through this application, our customers can quickly provide their temperature-controlled freight transport services contractors, real-time temperature visibility that are or have been recorded, as well as compliance with legal and/or quality requirements associated with the compact digital thermographs Conecta+ iTS Compact with which the vehicle used is provided.
The temperature registered data and related to the transportation service provided (CMR) are presented in a graphic and a printable form, and can be selected by the invited user at any time among the different services that are active or already completed, and that have been previously authorized by our customers.
Features
- Unlimited and free user licensing for all AGS customers that have the AGSConecta Premium and / or AGSConecta Pro application.
- Online Access to historical online data of up to one (1) year of all temperature records associated with the contracted transport services, sorted by month and vehicle.
- Grouping of transport services contracted by status (active, finished).
- Graphic display for each period of time of service of the temperature recorded by each Conecta + iTS Compact device, as well as the activity of opening / closing the vehicle door and turning on / off the cold equipment recorded in the vehicle.
- View of the certificates associated with Conecta + iTS Compact compact digital thermographs placed at the vehicle providing the service:
- Module F Certificates and / or Module D Declaration of Conformity (electronically signed).
- Calibration Certificates issued by AGS (electronically signed) or laboratories accredited by ENAC (associated with AGS) of each of the Conecta + iTS Compact compact digital thermographs available to the vehicle providing the service.
- Multiple temperature reports available, both in graphical and descriptive mode of the temperatures recorded during the provision of the contracted transport service.
